Buck's Crossing is located in Parkman Maine on Route 150, which is halfway between Greenville and Skowhegan. The main house and cabins are surrounded by over 100 acres of woods and fields for your enjoyment. Within a short drive you will find numerous lakes and ponds for fishing, boating and canoeing. There are thousands of acres nearby for the hunting enthusiast. Take a trip to Moosehead Lake in Greenville or go white water rafting in the Bingham area.

Buck's Crossing is open year round for your four-season enjoyment. There are numerous snowmobile trails nearby as well as access to ITS trails. At Buck's Crossing we maintain several on site trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. There are also several local trails nearby that are open to the public for a small fee. Fall foliage in central Maine is breathtaking in late September and October.

We offer fully guided and non-guided hunting and fishing opportunities. Matt is a Registered Maine Master Guide and a Licensed Coast Guard Charter Captain. Deer, moose and turkey hunting in zone 17. Please call for specific information and season dates. Full and half day canoe trips on the Sebasticook River and all equipment are provided. Full day trips include lunch (riverside).

The cabins at Buck's Crossing sleep up to four to six persons. They are fully equipped with all amenities. Linen towels are provided. The Moose Run camp is located fifteen miles from the main house on a maintained road in the town of Wellington. For the true Maine experience this camp has gas lights and heat, a wood stove and an old-fashioned icebox. It will accommodate a total of six persons. It is very comfortable and truly Maine.

Deer, duck, upland bird hunting and snowshoe hare hunting in some of the best areas that central aMaine has to offer. Reservations are suggested and will be guaranteed with an advance deposit of one night’s rate.
